The overall role:


As a Design Director you’ll be working as part of the creative team across all our accounts and projects to help us deliver and implement high quality design solutions for a wide range of creative expressions including brand framework design, digital design, motion and more.

As a Design Designer you will be given the opportunity to support your Creative Director to build an enviable portfolio. Supporting a range of clients and projects, you’ll need to demonstrate exceptional creativity, intellect and understand the strategic needs of the client to ensure they are realised. You will be a confident team player briefing, leading and motivating the design team will be an important part of your role, as does being able to have quality conversations with clients.

You will meet and collaborate with clients regularly and lead projects so your presentation skills should be excellent.

Alongside the creative director you’ll have the ability to organise a team, bringing in the right specialisms for each project. You will mentor and support your team, from Juniors, Midweight to Senior Designers, as well as continue to work with different account teams. And as you deliver your own projects you will be understanding of how other creatives think and work and will be fully immersed in our development process and framework.
